Homemade & Healthy. Re-defining "school" lunch.
January 30, 2017
Adios boring school lunch! At Global Pioneer Academy, we know that our role is more than childcare--its also ensuring that we are helping you raise healthy children. That includes healthy snacks and lunches. We are passionate about creating a diverse menu that is kid-friendly and encourages our little ones to try new foods, discover new favorites and above all--is healthy. Our on-site Chef prepares daily snacks and meals with fresh ingredients from local farmers markets and dairy farms. Our meals are served warm and always include fruits and vegetables.
Today, Chef Mei prepared homemade broccoli, cheese and carrot soup with homemade sweet ham and cheese sandwiches--perfect for a cold winter day!
Our little ones loved the special lunch. Check out Chef Mei's recipe below to replicate at your home!
